About Fully Looted

Fully Looted is operated by BANDZ NYC LLC, a New York limited liability company. These terms apply to purchases from fullylooted.com and use of our store. Customer support: Shop@FullyLooted.com.

Products and artwork

Read the description and choose the artwork, format, dimensions and frame option carefully before ordering. Room scenes and styled mockups illustrate a setting; furniture, props and other pictured objects are not included unless the listing expressly says they are. Screen settings, lighting and printing materials can cause reasonable differences in colour and appearance. This does not excuse a defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed product.

Gallery display does not mean that an artwork is available to purchase. The options offered on the product page and at checkout determine what can be ordered.

Orders, prices and payment

You must provide accurate order, contact and delivery information and be authorized to use the payment method provided. Prices and the checkout currency are shown before payment. Applicable shipping charges, discounts and taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Import charges may apply as explained in our shipping policy.

Orders may be reviewed for payment, fraud, product availability and fulfillment issues before production. A payment receipt confirms that an order was received; if we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the cancelled items and applicable shipping. We may decline or limit orders where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, address availability or fulfillment constraints, or comply with law. We will not silently substitute another product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to explain it and provide appropriate cancellation or correction options, subject to applicable law. Product prices and offers may change for future orders; changes do not retroactively increase the price of an accepted order.

Production, shipping and cancellation

Our products are made to order. See our shipping policy for production, transit, charges and delivery support. Contact us promptly if you need a change or cancellation; we will try to help, but voluntary changes may no longer be possible after production begins. Any statutory cancellation rights remain available.

Returns and problems

We do not offer optional change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including for a size, format, frame or colour selected incorrectly by the customer. This applies to individual and bulk orders. Damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods remain covered. Our return and refund policy explains the available remedies and return process. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Use of the website and artwork

Use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person’s information. We may restrict abusive or unlawful access without affecting remedies owed for valid purchases.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights held by us or our licensors. Permission to reproduce or commercially use artwork is not included unless expressly granted in a separate license. This statement applies only to rights that legally exist; it does not claim exclusive rights in unprotectable material.

Privacy and third-party services

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify hosts the store, and payment, production and delivery services may be provided by third parties. Your retail purchase is from BANDZ NYC LLC; directing you to a supplier does not replace our responsibilities to you. External websites may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep information accurate and the store available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted website access. We will correct identified errors and address order problems fairly. We do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. These terms do not limit mandatory product warranties or consumer remedies.

Applicable law and disputes

New York law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law that applies to them. Please contact Shop@FullyLooted.com first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future use and orders. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order, except where a change is required by law or separately agreed. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
